TENANT NEWSLETTER
DALE AVENUE TENANTS

Community Service... If you are not elderly, disabled, currently working or involved in a training program, you must complete 8 hours of community service per month. Please contact the office immediately if this applies to you so that you can receive paperwork to track your hours per month. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE COMMUNITY SERVICE REQUIREMENTS WILL RESULT IN EVICTION!

Work Orders... Work orders should be reported immediately to the office!

Housekeeping Inspections... Periodic housekeeping inspections will be completed during the month. Please remember that keeping your unit clean is just as important as paying your rent. And most importantly, problems with repeated housekeeping issues can result in eviction! If you have a disability and find it hard to keep up with everyday housekeeping, we suggest you contact local agencies for help! (You may qualify for assistance.)

Air Conditioners... Please remember while paying your rent this month to include extra for your air conditioners!  If you do not have one and are thinking about getting one, you must notify the office upon installing it. There is an additional charge per month!

Income Changes... If you have a change in income, you MUST report it to the office immediately! If you do not report it, this could be considered fraud and you may have to pay back what is owed to the authority!
